How to trouble a website down problem?
- Check if your IP address has been blocked by the firewall. If you visit your website and see that “your IP address has been blocked by firewall” message, then you can unblock the IP from client panel. Please read this tutorial to unblock your IP.
- Check intodns.com if the domain is suspended from the registrar due to email address verification problem. Please read this verify whoi.is contact information.
- Check whether your website has correct Name Server information from who.is or intodns.com.
- If you change your website DNS, it will usually take 24-48 hours for complete DNS propagation and visit your website normally. To visit your website without waiting for DNS propagation, please read DNS propagation downtime solution.
- Check if the name server information is correct in both domain and server part from intodns.com. If Name server is nor correct or missing in server, then we need to check DNS zone and create DNS zone for the user.
- If the website has database connection problem. Then the website database credential and privilege must be set properly from cPanel.
- Check if mod security is blocking the website from running. Disable mod security and try to browse the website. Then ask our system admin to disable specific modsec rules for the user.
