How to unblock your IP automatically?
To unblock your IP automatically just log into your Dhaka Web Host client panel and wait for maximum 2 minutes. Your ip address will be automatically unblocked from our firewall. Now you can go to your website URL and refresh your website.
How to unblock your client/different IP manually?
If your client IP or any remote IP has been banned, then you can also unblock this IP manually from Dhaka Web Host client area. To unblock remote client IP, please follow these steps:
1. Login to Dhaka Web Host client panel by your Email and Password.
2. Click on Service >> My Services or Services
3. Click on the package name. (Example: The package name in the image is Unlimited)
4. Click IP Unban Center from Actions side bar.
5. Clink on Lock icon from the right side of the domain for which the IP is showing blocked.
6. Enter the blocked IP and click Check to verify whether it is blocked or not. If it is not blocked, it will show a message like "Your IP Address: 0.0.0.0 is not banned". If it is blocked, it will show a message like "Your IP Address 0.0.0.0 is banned". The block message will also show you the reason of blocking the IP. If you find the IP is blocked then just click on Unban to unblock your IP.
7. If the IP is unblocked successfully, you will see the unblocking message showing in the below image.
