To configure Email in outlook 2010 follow these steps:
1.First login to the cpanel accounts and go to email accounts.
2.Then select a mail address which you want to assign in outlook 2010.
3.Open outlook 2010 and go to File
4.and then go to Add Aaccount.
5.Follow the step as image show below configure the email setup automatically.
6.Enter your name,your email address and email password.After that press
next button to complete the set up.
7.To configure email manually follow these steps.
8.Make sure you have selected Internet E-mail then press next tab.
9.Enter Your Name and email address in the particular field.
10.Though for accessing mail account from various devices we have to choose
IMAP options instead of POP3.
11.Then we have to provide server information.Incoming and outgoing mail
server should be same.It could be "mail.exampledomain.com".In your login
information you have to provide your full email address in username field
and put your password.Then press more settings.
12.Go to outgoing server tab and make sure you have selected "use same
settings as my incoming mail server".
13.Then go to advanced tab and make outgoing server 587.
14.Then you can press test settings button for a test mail or can press the next
button.If there is no mistake there will be a new window tab like bellow.
15.It means you have successfully configured the outlook.Then press Finish button.
16.After pressing Finish button your email address will be added to outlook
2010.
