Incoming and outgoing mail problem for any mail:

1. Check whether your IP has been blocked. Know how to unblock your IP.

2. Check whether you have correct mail setting in outlook. You can know your correct mail settings from your webmail. Moreover please also read our knowledge to configure your outlook correctly.

3. Check whether the client’s mail has been limited due to mail limit. The mail may have been limited by our system admin for spamming or email marketing.

4. The domain has been expired or suspended.

5. Exim Mail service problem on server.

 

 Incoming mail problem from any domain:

1. Check whether your mx setting and name server is correct.

2. Check whether you have correct mail setting for incoming mail

3. Check whether your IP has been blocked. Check whether you can visit your website

4. Disk quota exceeded checking (Email and cpanel).

5. Check fail delivery message from Email Trace/Email delivery in cPanel.

 

 

Incoming mail problem from a specific domain:

1. Check whether the sender has good IP reputation or IP has been blocked internationally.

2. Check whether you have correct mail setting for incoming mail

3. Check whether the client’s IP has been blocked. Check whether you can visit your website.

4. Check view sent summary for the domain/use exigrep command in server for RBL rejection.

5. Check quarantine and report from mail watcher.

  

Outgoing mail problem:

 1. Check whether your mail has been limited due to mail limit.

2. Check whether you have correct mail setting in outlook.

3. Check whether the your IP has been blocked. Check whether you can visit your website.

4. Check whether our mail server IP has been blacklisted from mxtoolbox.com

5. Check whether our Exim mail server has been failed.

6. Check if our DNS server can resolve recipient mail server host name to IP by dig command(dig mail.abc.com)
