1. Go to menu and Select Gmail/Email app
2. Click the sign at the top left side and select Add account
3.From Set up mail select Personal (IMAP/POP)
and click Next
4. Enter your Email address here and click Next
5. Select type Personal(IMAP)
and click Next
6. Enter you password and click Next
7. Now scroll down and find Server
. Just enter your server name(Ex: mail.yourdomainame.com)
Enter Port: 143
Select Security type: None
Then click Next
8. After that the page will look like this. Just select the security type “None” again and click Next. If you get authenication failed or any error message, you can untick "Require signin" option and click Next.
9. Keep everything same just select Sync frequency: Never and click Next
10. Here you can see your account name and your name..Click Next and your account is ready.
After creating the account it will redirect you to the homepage of your mail
